INNOVEL BUILDING SYSTEM

The INNOVEL building system uses a combination of locally sourced and imported materials. The core components are wall sections made from steel and cement panels. INNOVEL homes are constructed on a concrete foundation, with the rest of the structure comprising concrete and steel framing engineered to specific standards. This method aims to ensure durability and quality. The interior walls of each INNOVEL building are finished with gypsum. Additionally, these buildings are designed and tested to comply with the 2025 Miami Dade hurricane standards.
