Forms have been extensively used for many years; however, we have enhanced their
efficiency to achieve significant cost savings. This system constructs a highly durable
structure that is resistant to hurricanes, earthquakes, termites, fire, and mold, with
double the strength of concrete blocks. Solid concrete walls can be erected on-site
swiftly by relatively unskilled labor.
The system employs a reusable aluminum shell around reinforcement steel bars, into
which concrete is poured to create the wall. Once the removable form shell is taken
away, a solid reinforced concrete wall remains. Consistently, we have constructed
buildings with 25%-35% savings compared to traditional methods such as bricks and
blocks, primarily due to reduced labor costs.
